What is Somatic Breathwork?

It’s a healing modality that helps us get out of our heads and into our bodies.

Somatic breathwork is designed to help you clear out tension, stress, repressed emotions and even unprocessed trauma.

Through the breath the nervous system is activated/upregulated for the first half of the session. The second half of the session the breathwork is more gentle to downregulate your nervous system.

As a certified SomatIQ breathwork practitioner, you’ll be guided through a hour session in a safe, judgement free, comfortable space.

Breathwork sessions can be 1:1 or small group.
